Hi Lein,
I tnink all the words should be put in the nominative, so:

pacem --> pax

Do you agree?

Yes! It sounds much better, and I think it "agrees" more! Thank you!

Hi Aneta,

I'm sure you know best
And of course, either all of them should be in the nominative, or all accusative

(My reasoning, which does not excuse inconsistency of course, was 'in x propositum', so x should be accusative.)

Hi dear Lein,
Nice to see you here!

You know, "propositum" is also in nominative here.
I believe that Latin construction is just different than Potrtuguese in this case. Have a look:

- tudo tem um propósito = everything has a purpose (just my guessing)

- in omnibus propositum = there is a purpose in all things

Am I right?

'in x propositum'

x should be ABLATIVE and it is.

Good to see you too!

Yes, that's right - is there a problem with the sentence or the translation? I'm not sure I understand what you are suggesting I change... (Feel free to change it yourself if that is easier!)

It's perfect now, Lein.

I just wanted to say that in the Latin construction all the nouns require nominative: Amor, fides, pax and propositum!

In the Portugese construction "um propósito" probably is accusative. Right?

You could also put the three first nouns in ablative (but not accusative):

"Amore, fide, pace, in omnibus propositum:.
