It's not that the Br Port. translation is erroneous, its just that the english version seems incorrect to me. In English we would never use the phrase "war brother". The correct term is "brother in arms".

Maybe the english version should be edited so as it reads correctly?

I made it from Norwegian and explained very well the meaning.
It couldn't be more exact!!!!!!!
Ruht:
It means: have this well (ha det bra), a farewell that means: "be well".
Better translation: Good bye

Se a tradução foi feita a partir do inglês, então "have a good time" é melhor traduzido por "divirta-se" ou algo parecido, e não com o sentido de "adeus, tchau, até logo", pois está implícito o desejo de que a terceira pessoa aproveite bem algo que está por vir.

I think a more accurate translation would be "Farewell my war brother."
