If God recognises (or maybe knows) evil but cannot prevent it, he is not omnipotent (or all-powerful); if he can prevent it but does not want to, he is not all good; if he can prevent it and does not want to, why is he God? Please let me know if this is what the Turkish text says, or if you have other suggestions! Thank you!
