düşmüşken dudaklarına hece
bir ÅŸiir daha yaz bu gece
değmişken sesine sıla
düş yollara
bekle onu...
gelsin ilham vericin
gelsin zihnin bahçesinin bülbülü
versin bir kadehlik ilacın
onu yaz,içtikçe şarabını aşkın
sarhoşu ol sonra yazdıklarının

Title
Writing You
Translation
English

Translated by Mesud2991
Target language: English

The syllable having dropped into your lips
Write yet another poem tonight
Homesickness having touched your voice
Take to the roads
Wait for him
Let your muse come
Let the nightingale of the mind's garden come
Let it give you a wine glass of medication
Jot it down as you drink the wine of love
And then get drunk with what you have written
Remarks about the translation
Him/her

Hi Mesud

Is that those to whom you have written? I think the sentence as it is is gramatically correct but it feels as if something is missing.

Hi Lein

No. The things that you have written.

Ah!
Could we make that 'And get drink with what you have written' or 'with the things you have written', or something similar, to make this clear?
