One thing more. I didn't notice before, but the line was shortened a bit.
The whole sentence would sound:

Tempora mutantur et nos mutamur in illis.
"Time changes and we change with it"

Here "mutamur" (we change) is only default, but I don't think it makes a big difference for the translation.
