"make some conversation"? This doesn't sound well.

What do you advise me?
It's like "to chat", "to talk", but i dont know how to make it sound better...

Talk with the fans?
If so...what about this?

"If you come to Turkey and dedicate some time to talk to your admirers, we would be very happy"

Hi merdogan, Hi alfredo,

Actually I don't think it's better the way you suggested. To sound better 'talk' usually calls an object, "talk to someone".
Therefore "talk to your admirers" would be the best choice, even if the word order of the line in the original is a bit different.

But if you are in Turkey it's obvious that your fans there are turkish, you'd just repeat it.
