Hi Piagabriella, no need for payment especially for this translation (I am getting corny I think)

It's "I love you, do you want to marry me?" Note that maybe the guy will want it in all capitals since he says in the notes that he wants to inscribe it in a ring he will give to his Swedish fiancee
