I agree with aabc. Not 'called' - the person is asking someone to ask mother to call him.

Do you mean:

or
"Will you ask someone to call mom?"

or something else?

"Would you have mother call [me]? "
means: "Would you ask mom to call me?"

I put 'me' in brackets because it is implied, it is possible he wants mother to call someone else.

"Will you ask someone to call mom?"
is an alternative meaning, less likely, so i put it in remarks
