Hi jairhaas!
In French, "ivresse" is what you get when you drink alcohol, but it can be obtained with dope consumption as well, so I'm afraid "a drink" doesn't match the meaning.

So, "l'ivresse" means "drunkness" not "drink"
I guess if we take a less litteral translation approach we can say: "drive me to drunkness"!!

Искам да кажа мнението си. Думата ivresse има двояко значение.В пряк смисъл означава пиене,пиянство,а в преносен означава опиянение,възторг.Тъй като това са думи на Самсон към Далила, то той е опиянен от нейната красота, затова смятам, че този израз не трябва да се превежда буквално. Руският превод беше правилен.

Taking into account the contex to which the line belongs, perhaps it should be translated more metaphorically. Something like:

"Fill me with delight/pleasure"
"Make me inebriated"

What do you think?

"ivresse" has this meaning here (not a negative one), but closer to delight/pleasure/ecstasy

I personally like:
"Fill me with delight".
I think this is what the Russian translation suggests. And Svajarova seems to be in favor of the Russian version.
