I understand you, baby. You said you would go on Sunday. OK, that is good, so when will you come back? Me too, I will go home. That means we will not see each other before you go. Anyway, no problem. Just help me greet your sister Melek and all your family. I hope to see your reply soon.

Hi English experts,

Could you please tell me what "to help" means in this sentence:

"Just help me greet your sister Melek and all your family"

Is it like "let me greet..."?

Thanks in advance

Just help me greet your sister Melek and all your family --> Kız kardeşin Melek'i ve tüm aileni karşılamama yardım et.

It does not have any special or extended meaning here - I think the translation is correct.

It does not mean "let".

It is a bit unusual to say it this way, but I would think it means he is asking the other person to greet his sister for him - something like 'would you greet your sister Melek for me?'
Anyway, if kafetzou says the translation is right, I'm sure it's fine

No he's not. He's asking the other person to help him greet her sister. Maybe because he doesn't speak the language.
