I'd say:

Does it face the sea? It must be great in summer. I grew up with mountain landscapes.

Ofcouse "face" also can be but Turkish text says "karşısı : the opposite side".

There is one more thing:

It will be great there in summer --> It must be great in summer

It should be corrected as Mesud offered.
