I know it's in the category "song" but "gonna" is not English, it's slang. In correct English it is "going to", but maybe the source text uses the same kind of slang?

I'm not too sure about the last line. I think it would be better if yo put something more like

"You didn't care about my feelings"

or

"You didnt care about how I felt"

Can you tell me if "gonna" is given in the same type of slang form in the source text? In this case I can leave it as it is. If the original reads "going to", it shouldn't be translated by a slang term.
