"Me siento mal por" means "I feel bad about/for" but in Danish I could mean 2 things: 1) "Jeg føler mig dårligt tilpas over/pga", which could both be feeling bad phychologically AND/OR physically, 2) "Jeg har det dårligt over/med" which would only be understood as feeling bad psychologigally over something i.e. an action...
