The name written on the credit card is my father's name. As you can see, both surnames match. In addition, my father's name appears in the driver's licence I sent. In case there is a problem, I can send the copy of my father's driver's licence or his identity card.

Yes, but there are some lines that don't sound very natural

"It is seen that surnames are in coherence with each other."
I think it should be something like:
"As you can see, (both) surnames match"

"In addition, my father's name is/appears (-) in the driving licence (-) I sent" or
"Moreover, it's my father's name in the driving licence I sent"

That's why I said the meaning is OK.

"As you can see, both surnames match"
"In addition, my father's name appears in the driving licence I sent"

You always achieve to find the best solutions, don't you?

hello all
I think "Ek olarak gönderdiğim sürücü belgesinde" should be translated as "In the driving license which i enclosed/attached". What makes me think so is the lack of a comma after "ek olarak". Thanks.
