Hi milkman,
Litteraly :
My heart I miss you
English people use sweetheart instead of my heart.
In the comment field there's a note : from a female to a male.

And yet a question turkishmiss. Is it past tense or present tense?
I ask because your translation is in the present tense, but the voted Hebrew translation is in the past (ie, "My heart I missed you"

Hi milkman, Hi Turkishmiss

Here the French is given in the present tense => "Tu me manques" (I miss or I am missing you".

The past tense would have given "Tu m'as manqué".
