The word that I translated with "overwhelmed" literally means "melting" - but with a (very) figurative meaning. I asked the requester, and she said that the context was positive.

- I used "bouleversé" which, like "overwhelmed" can be in fact positive or negative (overwhelmned with joy/grief). Given the context, one can assume it's positive, though.
