We still haven't received the samples we requested at the exhibition last February.
Despite our numerous inquiries to Cristina, we haven't received a reply either.
I urge you to inform me about the situation concerning the samples.
With the attachments below you'll find our order for them. I hope you understand that if we're unable to obtain these samples, continuing to work with your company will be difficult under these circumstances.
