Mein Schatz bedeutet nicht " canım benim oder
Canım aşkim "

there is a piece missing in the original text.
That piece is my sweetheart, my love.
I think the translation is in German:
Meine Susse, meine Liebe

I added the 'mein susse, mein liebe' to the translation. I'm not too sure whether it's correct now, it feels to me as if 'ich liebe dich wirklich sehr' isn't strong enough, in English it would say 'I really love you very very much.'

bumblebee, did you mean to say both, "meine Süße" and "meine Liebe" or is it just one of them? It's just, because it actually means the same, so I don't know if the original text really wants to emphasize it by saying 2 similar expressions for it.

Chantal, maybe we can put in a "so" (Ich liebe dich wirklich so sehr) to make it sound a bit stronger.

Yaşgünün kutlu olsun canim benim
Canim aÅŸkim

canim benim = my dear/love/sweetheart (benim lays emphasis on 'my')

Canim is again my dear/love/sweetheart
askim = my love

So in the original text it is repeated a few times, therefore it is necessary to have two ways of saying it.

And yes, I believe 'so' will suit here.

yes i did mean to say both, because they are two different things to say how you feel about a person even tough they mean the same.
this is a way to express your feelings extra by saying it in two different ways
