Quand on doit se battre contre les difficultés incessantes, on s'aguerrit dans l'épreuve, on résiste à n'importe quels maux; et même si l'on trébuche, on lutte encore à genoux, se relève, convertit les amertumes en benignités, le fiel des expériences humaines en mansuétude, les ingratitudes en bienfaits, les insultes en pardon; et avance, encore.

ملاحظات حول الترجمة
J'ai traduit "on" en "we", car ça sonne le mieux à mon avis. On pourrait aussi choisir "one" (mais ça semble un peu trop formel) ou "you" (mais j'ai l'impression que ça ne transmet pas le ton du texte).
