The translation is ok but I would use "are you well" instead of "are you good". In any case the order of words in Arabic too does not make sense...

Are you good? is not the most correct grammatically, but in informal speech, it's accepted.

"منيح"
is not a fluent arabic word. It is a dialect word used in some arabian countries

Not all arabians ues this word, And not all arabians Know what this word mean
