I think done is not the right translation here. It should either bit 'it's over but not gone' or 'it's over but not past'. I'm not sure which one would be better. It probably refers to something which happened in the past but still has an influence on your present day life.

I don't think the translation is good either, since everything that is over IS done, right?

Can't come up with a better myself though; "It's over but it's not over"?

Well, I guess the best version of what people have been trying to express above is:
It's over but not yet finished
i.e.
In real time the event has passed, but psychologically I haven't finished dealing with it yet.
I'll put that in as a note under the translation, too, so people can understand what it means...
