Yes, it is Dutch and has a verb.
It is a strange sentence but acceptable on cucumis!
("I closed my arm again" )

Hi Lein,

You have said that the English version of the text "I closed my arm again". Is it possible to say "I close my arm again" (present tense) ? Does it make a lot difference? It's because the Turkish translator said it should be translated in present tense, and I would like to ask you.

Thanks in advance

The Dutch sentence is very clear on this point - it is without any doubt past tense. I'll leave a message under the translation too
