Oh, lack of a verb..
only one praesent participle "salientes"...

But ok. I can translate it, as it was already translated into B. Portuguese. But, there is some error in it... I can't catch it. It should be:


1. Fons aquae saliens in vitam aeternam
or
2. Fontes aquae salientes in vitam aeternam

or (3rd option) some words should be added (a context)...

Then we can translate it in this way:
ad.1) "The source of water spouting for an eternal life"

ad.2)"The sources of water spoting for an eternal life"
