This week, I started preparing the personnel planning on my own. To be able to prepare the personnel planning more easily, I started learning the skills of the personnel by visiting the greenhouses. I get from the greenhouse supervisors the summary of the work done every day in the greenhouse. I learned how to make the calculation of how many workers are needed for purchasing steel. This calculation, of course, changes depending on the index of its varieties. My studies continue like this. I thank Ms. Mümine and my friends who support me.
