A backend update for cucumis !

Yep I had a couple of hours today to work on a few updates mainly for security matters.

First of all, all site is now in https for security (was done few weeks ago).

Also, passwords used to be stored in clear in database. This is fixed now, passwords are hashed.

And finally a [DELETE SPAMMER] button for admins.

Remarks about the translation	He traducido â€œbackend updateâ€ como â€œactualizaciÃ³n de plataformaâ€, pero podrÃa dejar el tÃ©rmino â€œbackendâ€ en inglÃ©s o incluso traducirlo al espaÃ±ol como â€œtrasfondoâ€ tal y como lo he hecho en catalÃ¡n, pero como es un tÃ©rmino de la informÃ¡tica, no sÃ© si es adecuado ya que en muchos sitios he visto que dejan â€œbackendâ€ sin traducir. Pero como prefirÃ¡is, os lo dejo a vuestra elecciÃ³n.
