This is an extract of an old Christian prayer. Although the translation above is correct, one of the well-known translation is a bit different: "Blessed art thou amongst women". Still in use in the Catholic Church and in Latin Churches in general.

But my doubt is more about the word "blessed". The original in Greek says "ευλογημενη". It seems to be "Well spoken", I mean someone that people should say good things about and not exactly "blessed" which is more like "wishing good". I don't know Greek enough to be sure and go against well accepted translations though.

Well, maybe, "say good things" about someone is the same of "bless" someone after all.
