Anyway the other line is a bit complicated. What about instead of: "The only thing I have is a little baby girl who is really beautiful and I live for her only.", something like: "I only have a really beautiful baby girl for whom I live"?

	lenab Nombre de messages: 1084	Well, Koubara should be the godmother to your child, and I don't really know a word for that. If not just "my daughter's godmother" . About the last part, maybe "All I have is.." My interpretation is that the man has lost his wife, and only has his daughter. And he lives for her only. Maybe I'm wrong

	lilian canale Nombre de messages: 14972	"All I have is a really beautiful baby girl for whom I live" would be fine. About that 'koubara', in Spanish or Portuguese we have a word for it: "comadre", but not in English, so I guess you should say: "my child's godmother"
