- The phrase in German usually does not have the "nur". I have tried to include the "nur" in my French translation, but it does sound a little heavy. If you don't mind dropping the "nur"-idea, then simply use the following: "Ce qui ne me tue pas me rend fort" (notice how the French also drops the comparative)
