@Alex:

Would it be better "la più bellina donna"...?
Now I have the doubt

Yes, "la donna più bellina" is right
Just a question... why "bellina"?

Hi Alex! I was waiting for you!

"Bellina" gives better IMHO the sense of "pretty" or "handsome", according to the Portuguese "bonita".
"Bella" would mean "beautiful"; a different, deeper word.

"Bonita" means (in Spanish and Portuguese, at least): atractiva en un sentido delicado y gracioso, sin llegar a ser, quizás, verdaderamente hermosa.

How would you translate that word into English, then...? "Foxy", perhaps?... Tell me, please (I used to call my wife "bellina" quite often, even in public; like "bonita" or "guapita" in Portuguese and/or Spanish. I hope not to have been calling her something unpleasant...)
Ouiiisshh ! How tricky and slippery are languages !!!

Ah, assolutamente no! "Bellina" non è volgare. È solo colloquiale, è una parola che viene sempre soppiantata da "carina" nella lingua standard.
An example: children usually write "bellina" in their little compositions at school, but teachers always correct it with "carina"
