Пояснення стосовно перекладу
This is a hard one to translate so if someone knows a similar toast in English please tell me, I'd like to know about it.

It's quite common to make toast like this when you are offered any food or drink that is pleasantly cool. It's a wish, that the other person shall feel refreshed as you feel by drinking/eating what he/she offered you. And more importantly that he/she will be as fresh and refreshing to others. It's a wish more often addressed to younger people.

"Δροσιά" is an attribute that you ascribe to something that makes you feel better in the heat. Eg: a summer breeze, a glass of water, a watermelon, or even the Greek weather during most of Spring. All of these have "δροσιά". So you wish upon someone to feel and make others feel like all these things do.

Note: I agree with the translator - this is a tough one to translate because we just don't say things like this in English, but it's quite common in Greek.

kafetzou I'm not sure if you changed my original translation but I believe that the current one is wrong. Maria is the one who gave water or whatever to the one wishing/thanking her. The current translation implies (as I understand it) that Maria is the one drinking the water, which is not the case.

Actually, it's not clear who Maria is. My understanding is that she's the girlfriend who posted the picture of the watermelon. Did you see the comment that the requester posted in the remarks section?

Hahahah, you are right. I don't know what I was thinking about... I had created my own backstory for this apparently. ;-) I had read the comment but forgot about it after all this time.
