Unfortunately, the last sentence is one of those "untranslatable expressions" from Japanese... 
Although the literal meaning is:
"You are tired (from having worked so hard)"
this expression is used all the time to mean:
Thank you / See you later / Have a good night / I respect you for all your hard work / etc., etc.
