Hello Amiillaa

This is unclear in English. Does it mean "of course it will be, my love", or "of course it will be my love"? Does the "it" refer to something else that will happen, and is the person talking to his love (the 1st one), or is the person saying that "it" will become his love (the 2nd one)?

The punctuation makes a big difference here in English. Also, you might want to edit the title - "off course" means something completely different!

The person who wrote me the original message said that the translation was correct or at least corresponded to the message he was trying to convey.

That may be, but in English it is ambiguous. Can you please clarify from your knowledge of Croatian which of the above two scenarios (that I suggested in my message above) is most likely?

The first scenario. I asked if something would be possible and he responded by saying "of course it will be" with an inferred possible "my love" meaning me. I am just learning Croatian...very hard language!

Sorry - I don't understand what you mean by "with an inferred possible "my love" meaning me".

If my boyfriend had written it correctly so that it would correspond to the question I asked, he would have stated "of course it is possible, my love". Of course (prepositional phrase) it (subject) is (helping verb) possible (verb), my love (indirect object). Does that clarify?

We're asking for your help in the English translation, nat68, not the Croatian original.

"Of course it will (be), my love" Croatian is not ambiguous about this.
sorry, was away.
