I think we shouldn't translate "pos" as "pios". If it was in the meaning of "who" it would be "Pia einai pio omorfh", not pios (pia-female, pronoun-adjective agreement). Maybe it's "How can she be more beautiful (than...)".

Yes User 10, you are right about the gender! I thought that as I saw another misspelling, this might be one too. But of course "How can she be more beautiful?" is accurate!
