"I am gonna offer you for friendship" should read:
"I will offer friendship to you"

and

"I suggest you in order to think"?

Perhaps "I suggest you start thinking (of that)"

I said " I am gonna propose friendship to you " since it is a plan and I had to use "be going to" and I thought that propose is better than offer for this place.. and I agree with you for "I suggest you start thinking " is absolutely true .. thnks.

"I am gonna" is not a good choice for writing. That's casual talk style and to be exact it should be "I'm gonna", so, if you think you should use "going to" please write the sentence correctly, that means:
"I am going to propose friendship to you" OK?

I think the meaning is true but it must be written in capitals since the original one is in capital.
