Title
Sonnet to the Sun by Manoel Lúcio de Medeiros
Text

Source language: English Translated by thathavieira

Sun! Sleep your sleep on the horizon,
Turn off your light over the granite!
It's beautiful, your descent behind the hill,
Rest your heat in the infinite!

Sun! Take with your light this hope,
Of seeing a new day dawn!
I want to wake up as a child,
Make this childhood a dawn!

Sun! Burn my pain in your fire,
I don't want to suffer like this ever again!
Illuminate my hours of fear,

May I feel in this light that I can win!
I only want to see my love
Dawn with me, in my arms.

Target language: Turkish

Güneş! Uyu uykunu ufukta,
Söndür granit üzerindeki ışığını!
Güzeldir, tepenin arkasından batışın,
Dinlendir ısını sonsuzlukta!

Güneş! Işığınla götür bu umudu,
Yeni bir şafak görme umudunu
Bir çocuk olarak uyanmak istiyorum,
Bu çocukluğu bir şafağa çevir!

Güneş! Acımı ateşinde yak,
Asla tekrar bu şekilde acı çekmek istemiyorum!
Korku saatlerimi aydınlat,

Bu ışıkta kazanabileceğimi hissedebilir miyim!
Sadece aşkımı görmek istiyorum
Benimle doğ, kollarımda

Hello thathavieira! Could you please tell me that the "Dawn" in the last line (Dawn with me, in my arms) is a verb?
