De rechtbank is in de thans vernietigde uitspraak niet ingegaan op de beroepsgronden die de vreemdelingen hebben aangevoerd tegen de in de besluiten van 24 juli 2009 vervatte weigering hun een verblijfsvergunning krachtens artikel 29 eerste lid aanhef en onder b of c te verlenen. De afdeling zal daarom de zaak naar de rechtbank terugwijzen om daarover alsnog te oordelen

In the now overturned decision, the court did not address the grounds for appeals which the aliens (foreigners) have presented against the refusal, set out in the decisions of 24 July 2009, to grant them a residence permit under Article 29 first paragraph and under b or c (of this first paragraph). The department will therefore return the case to the court to rule on this.
