Turkish text isn't in future tense. It is in simple present tense.

The text is the answer of “what will happen if/when blah blah blah?”. So, the future tense is the most appropriate tense. But I guess simple present tense can also be used. This doesn’t change the meaning.

One thing I need to mention, as far as I’ve observed, Turkish community here get stuck on grammar. Just get the idea.

No,
Turkish text isn't the answer of (or) ask “what will happen if/when blah blah blah?”.
How do you know it?
