Could somebody please translate the note under the Italian original into English? "Change" just doesn't seem right to me, but I need to know what the context is.

si tratta di un testo giuridico, e la parola è qui riferita ad una società affiliata cinese, potrebbe essere "riorganizzazione", "riassetto" o simile...

Sorry, I don't know how translate into English, it's a little difficult...

"il s'agit d'un text juridique, et le mot ici est référée à une société "affiliée" (?) chinoise, ça pourrait être "réorganisation", "riassetto" (jnsp en fr) ou similaire..."

Hi Kafetzou,
here the translation you asked
it deals with a juridical text, and the word has reported here to a Chinese affiliate society, it could be "reorganization", "rearrangement" or similar...
Sorry, I didn't look at the german text.

I still don't understand - what is a "Chinese affiliated company"? What are they affiliated with?

BTW, cute avatar, apple!

Well, I'm not expert in this kind of things, but I think the meaning can be a Chinese company or firm wich is a "partner" of another (German?) company, maybe.

OK - if it's a company, then "reorganization" is right in English. I'm not sure that the French is correct, though.
