Technically, yes, it breaks rule #4, however I think we can accept it for being a common expression that's not easy to be rendered properly to other languages.

Yes we should leave this kind of text be translated as we are far here from words put together that would make no sense.

Anyway, we'll do that punctually, I think we already made some exceptions with other similar texts.
