Madame, monsieur
la boîte n'a pas été ouverte, elle est dans un excellent état.
Cependant, au vu de la taille de la boîte, il me parait difficile qu'un peignoir puisse rentrer complètement avec tous les objets du colis.
Ayant déjà un peignoir de votre marque, j'ai essayé de le mettre dans la boîte mais il ne rentre pas, la boîte ne fermant plus.
Je joins les photos du colis ainsi que ses articles à l'intérieur.
Vous apportant tous les éléments, je vous prie de faire le nécessaire pour régler ce litige.

Bonjour,
Ce texte est destiné à une boutique en ligne avec qui je subis actuellement un litige. En effet, la commande ne m'est pas arrivé complète et j'essaye d'arranger les choses.
Le problème est qu'ils ne parlent pas un mot de français et mes connaissances en anglais sont limités.
J'ai pu écrire moi même le 1er message en anglais, mais je rencontre beaucoup de difficulté à écrire ma réponse.

I have some difficulties with understanding the sentence 'il me parait difficile qu'un peignoir puisse rentrer complètement avec tous les objets du colis.'
the most common translation of 'puisse rentrer' would be 'could return' however, the text also uses rentrer in another context 'il ne rentre pas' meaning 'it doesn't fit'. I have decided to translate it as it doesn't fit because the poster of this translation has ordered it online and thus the package hasn't been returned. I am however not entirely certain of the complete translation of 'qu'un peignoir puisse rentrer complètement avec tous les objets du colis.' and I would like a second opinion.

I have translated 'Ayant deja' as Because I already have. The literal translation would be 'Having already...' I also have split this sentence up in two shorter sentences, at it makes more sense in English.

One last remark: According to the text, the box hasn't been opened. Yet, further in the text, it is stated that he or she has tried to place a similar bathrobe in the box... It does not make much sense to me.
