Hmm. If this is a proverb, maybe I should have translated it as something similar in English. I'm not sure I completely understood the meaning, though - can you make it a little clearer, User10? Does it mean something like "Where there's a party, I'll be there?"

Well, yes, in this case s/he means that their family are let's say "party animals" and they won't lose the chance to attend this festival and make some noise.

We can't translate this phrase literally, because it has no meaning in English. My suggested change still stands, with the exception of "the" instead of "my":
