"To bear malice against men who were seeking deliverance?" is the translation of the Loeb classical edition (1926). The Liddell & Scott gives for "mnêsikakein" : "remember past injuries, bear malice, bear a grudge [pros tina = against someone]" "Remember a grudge" sounds odd to my ears. I think "to bear a grudge against those who wanted to be saved" would be better English. However I'm not a native speaker of English...

I see, I do wonder how to translate the "nê Dia" though, it should be somewhat ironical.
