I'm not sure, but he may think it is a long time (more than one month) and his translation request wasn't fulfiled yet...

Text is a popular text of Christianity, quoted from the Bible (I believe from the Old Testament) meaning:

I'm not sure whether phrasing is accurate in comparison with the well-known Eng text
