I don't understand your language, but I do understand the word tattooëren...
I wouldn't tatoo this one in Hebrew...
It sounds too strange, and not because the translation is not good. It's just that the literal translation of this sentence wouldn't sound good in Hebrew, no matter who will translate it.
You might consider tatooing its meaning (ie "take chances from time to time" and not the direct translation...
