responsible dan daha uygun bir kelime varsa tamam ama ben de bulamadım.Bu yüzden doğru gibi geliyor bana.Yani eğer responsible kelimesi bu anlamları veriyorsa tamam...

"amenable" (accountable, responsible; open to criticism or examination) nasıl olurdu? ben onu kullanmıştım çünkü "eleştireye veya sınamaya açık olmanın" mükellef olmakla ilgisi var diye düşündüm

"amenable" doesn't work in this context. We say someone is "amenable to" something, and that's the only way it is used.

How about "in charge"? There's also an idiom "pulling the strings", but I don't think that would be appropriate. Let me think about this one.
