I checked out with Porfhyr, and the botulinum toxin is effectively used to make the stoma grow, and not the bladder.

I was undecided if "celle-ci" should refer to the bladder or to the stoma. I tried to check on specialized websites, but I was unsuccessful, so I made a decision which has eventually proved wrong. In Italian it should be: "... ogni 8 mesi permettono a quest'ultimo di crescere..."
