Γειά σου. Τι κάνεις; ελπίζω να περνάς καλά. εγω τελειώνω αυτές τις μέρες τις εξετάσεις στη σχολή μου και μετα θα αρχίσουμε ξανά μαθήματα. Τι γίνεται με την εκμάθηση Ελληνικών; Ελπίζω να μας έρθεις το επόμενο καλοκαίρι. Θα τα ξαναπούμε. Πολλά φιλιά!

Θα τα ξαναπούμε was translated as "See you again." I feel it would be better as "We will talk again."

See you again does imply to either talk or see (meet). As this obviously is a letter/e-mail, communication is done by writing. See you again as in "meet you again" is more appropriate. Also, the author is referring to his/her wish for a visit of the reciever of the letter/e-mail next summer.
