This is the literal word by word translation:

(my) bangles tell, (my) bracelet tells,
Oh! I am yours, my beloved.
WIthout you I am not interested(in anything),
(as if) I have died for you.(i.e. I have crush on you)

Lilian, according to Drkpp's bridge, the current version of this translation is not exactly correct. I have to be sure about its English version to evaluate the Turkish one. can you help us here about that?

Well handyy, the bridge shows a literal translation which does not sound very well in English.
- that "tell" with no direct object couldn't be used.
- what is into brackets clyrifies the meaning of the verbs, but again those verbs need an object.

Since it was a "meaning only" request I think it is acceptable for the meaning is correct.
