Porsenna,ubi primus eius conatus repulsus est,ab oppugnatione urbis ad obsidionem se convertit. Castra in altera ripa Tiberis possuit et omni modo impediebat,ne frumentum in urbem subveheretur.
As his first attempt was rejected, Porsenna changed his mind from the attack of the city to its siege. He settled the camp on the other shore of the Tiber River and he stopped in every manner the grain to be carried in town.
