The first sentence is an imperative, so you can leave out the You'll. Opposite the reception can be in front of, same meaning but sounds more natural. I'm not sure how to explain the have got..

Could you change these minuet?

Thank you, Chantal. I've changed both of them. It's better this way but actually the first sentence is not an imperative. It's future tense, 2. plural.
